Aaron B. Lee, Esq.

I began my legal career in Seattle in 2000 at the firm of Harris, Mericle & Wakayama after receiving my Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.  In private practice, I advised both domestic and international public and private companies on securities, corporate and commercial, and litigation matters.  In 2005 I returned to Iowa to work at the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Des Moines.  Initially hired to assist the Bank with SEC registeration efforts, I was eventually appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Bank, and served in that role for more than 12 years.  As FHLB General Counsel, I served on the Bank’s Executive Team and led many Bank- and FHLBank System-wide projects. I am currently licensed to practice law in the states of Iowa and Washington (inactive).

I reside in Norwalk, Iowa with my wife and two boys.  In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, reading, volunteering on non-profit boards, coaching soccer, and spending time with the famIly.
